Database Usage
Rules
The library enables users to get access to online databases. Breaking rules for the usage of databases may cause for databases to be closed to our university temporarily and moreover in some specific conditions it may cause for databases to be closed to our university permanently. Not to face such problems, you can help us by obeying the
rules following: You may
·
have printed or electronic copies in specific
amount (for example an article, some part of a book or thesis /
dissertations). ·
use to meet your information needs (for example in
your researches or classes). ·
share the information taken from the databases with
Izmir University of Economics staff and students. You should NOT
·
copy or download a number of information items on
your PC by using downloading programs commercially or systematically. ·
sell the databases or distribute the contents of
them. ·
transfer the information copied from the databases
to anyone outside the Izmir University of Economics. ·
distribute information items copied from databases
via e-mail lists. ·
make any change on the records downloaded from the
databases or create similar workings by using them. |
